Digital Loyalty & Rewards System
Turn everyday customers into regulars.
A configurable loyalty system customers join from a QR code — no app to download. Staff stamp and redeem through their own interface, and management sees what is actually happening across branches.

Paper cards get lost. Apps don't get downloaded.
A punch card only works while the customer still has it. An app asks someone to install software, create an account and remember it exists — a lot to ask in exchange for a free coffee, and most people won't.
A card that lives where the customer already is
Customers scan a QR code and their card opens in the browser. It stays available on their phone, updates as they visit, and needs no install, no account and no app store. Staff and management work through their own interfaces on the same system.
What's included
Built around three groups of people at once
The customer holding the card, the staff member at the counter and the manager looking across branches each need a different view of the same activity.
Customer card
Customers join from a QR code and get a digital card in the browser. Nothing to download, no account to remember, no app taking up space for one café visit a week.
Stamps and rewards
Progress updates as visits happen, and the customer can see exactly how far they are from the next reward without asking anyone.
Staff workflow
Staff scan the customer's code to add a stamp or redeem a reward, through an interface built for doing it quickly at a counter.
Branch permissions
Staff are scoped to their branch. Managers see across branches. Nobody is handed more access than their job needs.
Feedback
Customers can leave feedback tied to the branch they actually visited, so a complaint reaches the right place instead of a general inbox.
Reporting
Management sees activity across branches and over time — joins, stamps, redemptions and feedback — from the same records staff create.
Configured per business
Reward rules, the number of stamps in a cycle, what happens at redemption and how branches are structured are all set up around the business rather than fixed by the product. The same system runs a six-visit coffee card and a very different rewards scheme without becoming two products.
Multi-branch from the start
A customer’s card works at any branch, while staff accounts, permissions and reporting stay branch-aware. Management can look at one branch or all of them, over any period, without stitching anything together by hand.
Feedback is routed the same way — tied to the branch it came from, so it lands where someone can actually act on it.
